ForgeSolo is a specification quality analysis platform. The Service analyzes, stress-tests, and refines software specifications across multiple quality dimensions. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
We accept traditional payment methods (credit/debit cards) and cryptocurrency payments via Flexa. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy (14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers).
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the specifications, ideas, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
Our Service: The Service, including its design, algorithms, software, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Caelator and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your Content is processed in isolated environments and retained only for the duration specified by your subscription tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caelator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or complete.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Caelator is incorporated.
